We play with muscle fatigue in this class, but I’d say it’s about 75%-80% on our scale of all-out-ness, perfect for days when you need to focus on holding energy for the challenges your day or week are presenting you, but you still want to move and process your energy and emotions, connect to YOUR breath today.
