A Fitness Video Monetized Online Course Case Study

Pre-Pandemic: We were involved in a number of weekly workout groups to help entrepreneurs and creatives get out of their heads and into their bodies through movement, our signature style of workout class is called Primal Prowess.

When everything went into lockdown in 2020, we transitioned our in-person community to a gated monetized subscription online platform, livestreaming every Friday, with a high-res replay (below) available for purchase.

The online workout tutorial videos were a huge success for passive revenue stream, it allowed us to stay connected (albeit virtually) with our tribe, and it’s given us a 10-hour series we can bundle to add value with our other services like our Prowess Portrait boudoir video shoots.
